If you’re looking for a gaming obsession, you can find it on Game Pass.

Even if you don’t spend dozens (or hundreds) of hours on the multiplayer, which is still thriving to this day, just finishing the campaign will mean you’ve already got your investment back, given how cheap the game is.

This World War 1 Shooter Is Still Considered Top Tier To This Day

Battlefield 1 masked soldier

The game is none other than DICE’s Battlefield 1, which is availabloe for Xbox Game Pass members for an astoundingly low $1.99! Yes, you read that right! For less than the price of a McDonald’s meal, you’ll be able to experience the last great Battlefield game.

Released in 2016, Battlefield 1 is available on the Xbox Store for $19.99, but if you’re an existing Game Pass subscriber, you’ll be able to snag it for a cool $1.99. While Battlefield 1’s campaign will only take 6–7 hours to complete, its multiplayer is still populated to this day, and is considered the last great Battlefield multiplayer experience after Battlefield V and Battlefield 2042 underwhelmed on that front.

On Open Critic, Battlefield 1 is sitting at a “Mighty” rating, and has a review score average of 87.

Battlefield Labs Leak Allegedly Shows Every Battlefield 6 Gadget

Expect familiar gadgets from BF2042 to be present.

If that wasn’t impressive enough, our review of it gave it a 9/10 score, and said, “Battlefield 1 comes slightly short of perfection (but what game doesn’t?) due to the light-weight single player content, some balancing issues, and a few areas here and there that could have used a bit more polish. Due to the lack of representation for very relevant members of the Entente and the Central Powers, it feels like something is missing from DICE’s grandiose view of World War I.”

In other Battlefield news, the next entry in the franchise is set for reveal sometime this summer, and is said to once again feature a battle royale mode.Hopefully, it won’t follow in the steps of Battlefield V and BF2042 that had rocky launches, and needed a ton of post-release patches in order to bring it to an enjoyable state,.
